1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LeapKids, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use LeapKids

• Parents or legal guardians who are 18 years of age or older
• Children aged 0–11 using the platform under parental supervision
• Teachers and school administrators (future phases)

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You may create up to 3 child profiles per parent account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per parent — do not share accounts

4. Free and Paid Access

LeapKids offers a free tier of 5 lessons per child per day. Subscription plans will be introduced in a future release and will unlock unlimited daily lessons and additional features.

5. Content

• Lesson content is AI-generated and reviewed for age-appropriateness
• We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time
• You may not copy, redistribute, or resell our content

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Create accounts on behalf of others without their consent
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

LeapKids is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting admin@leapkids.com.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
